The Champions for Diversity & Inclusion Awards honors individuals and organizations who are making a real impact by advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and across our community.
According to the Business Journal, the focus of the Champions for Diversity and Inclusion, which was renamed from Diverse Business Leaders four years ago, is to highlight those who, through their work, are truly championing the cause of making St. Louis a more inclusive place to live, work and play. Selections are based on their merits, achievements and contributions to their organizations and local community.
