The founder and the Executive director of Vitendo4Africa. He is a Kenyan native and has served as a community organizer in African immigrant community in St. Louis since 2007. He is one of the co-founder board members of St. Louis African Chamber of Commerce. He also serves in the advisory committee of Louis Mosaic Project. He also served as a commissioner in Environment Quality Commission in the city of Florissant for a period of six years.
Geoffrey has worked tirelessly to promote immigrant entrepreneurs and community integration in St. Louis. He has background in Economics and holds masters in MBA from Lindenwood University.
Segun babalola, MBA
An Economic Development Professional with expertise in real estate and community development. He currently serves as the City Administrator for the city of Dellwood, Missouri, where he oversees administrative affairs and implementation of public policy. Segun has extensive experience working for local and regional economic development organizations. During his tenure with the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, he developed community housing redevelopment plans and implemented a fund development strategy that involved creating and analyzing proposed real estate projects in North St. Louis County.
Segun serves as the Vice Chair for the St. Louis County Clean Energy Development Board. Segun received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southeast Missouri State University. He holds a degree in International Studies from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Rennes,France. Segun has also obtained a master’s in business administration from Webster University, St. Louis.
BERAKIAH boone, M.ED
An educator by profession, she is a St. Louis Native who has traveled extensively, domestically and abroad. She has served in several capacities within the education realm, ranging from classroom educator to Director of Education for a major, non-profit, cultural organization in the city of St. Louis. She is passionate about and committed to urban education. She is an advocate for all children, especially those representing underserved communities. Her mission has been to ensure access to quality education and arts programs are available to all, disregarding race or socioeconomic class. Now a budding entrepreneur, she is the CEO and owner of Honey B’s All Natural, a natural hair and skin care line that promotes and encourages a holistic, natural, and healthy lifestyle. She is a graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta Georgia, where she earned her B.A. degree in classical piano performance and composition. She also holds a M.Ed. degree from the University of Missouri St. Louis. She looks forward to doing business and trade with the continent of Africa as well as providing support for African Americans looking to do the same.
SABA ASGEDOM, MA
As an immigrant from Ethiopia, Saba is Passionate about helping people and Making an impact in her community. She helped start the ACCSTL with a little encouragement from the co-founders who also share the same passion.
Saba currently works in the finance industry and holds a MA in Management and Leadership at Webster University and a BA in Journalism and Sociology at St. Louis University.
Senior Program Manager, Vin ensures the success of Mosaic’s targeted programs by managing and supporting the over 700 Mosaic Ambassadors, regional entrepreneurs, and international student retention initiatives in St. Louis. Vin’s professional experience and dedication to our international community plays a crucial role in supporting the Mosaic Project’s goal of making St. Louis the fastest growing major region for immigration by 2020
Since moving back to St. Louis in 2010 Vin has started and grown a local pick up soccer organization known as St. Louis Pick Up Soccer, starting with a group about 40 people to over 5,000 members playing all over the region. Vin was a member of the FOCUS St. Louis Emerging Leaders Program, TEDxGatewayArch Leadership Board, and FBI Citizens Academy. In addition Vin currently serves on the Ladue Education Foundation Board, The St. Louis Civic Pride Foundation Executive Board, The Downtown STL Inc Board of Directors, the Asian American Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Advisory Board for Peter and Paul Community Services’ Club Soccer Team, “The St. Louis Roadies.”

She has extensive experience in the healthcare and STEM space and serves as the Director of Strategy and Development for ACCSTL.
Nneka holds an MPH from Washington University in St. Louis, St. Louis, MO and a BA in Biology from Wartburg College in Waverly, IA.
